Mortgage

• Get the amount equal to 1% of your mortgage loan amount as a Lender credit on any Truist first mortgage. For example, if you are approved for a $200,000 mortgage, you'll save $2,000 (1%). The discount can be used to reduce your closing costs or lower your interest rate.^{Disclosure 1, Disclosure 2, Disclosure 3}
• Teammate loan incentive may be combined with a Truist Mortgage Grant.^{Disclosure 4}
• No fee to waive escrows for taxes and insurance when the mortgage product allows for an escrow waiver (generally the mortgage loan-to-value must be less than or equal to 80%). Waivers are applied at the request of the client.

Lending

• Receive a 0.25% intertest rate reduction on:
  • A Home Equity Loan (HELOAN)^{Disclosure 5} with predictable, fixed-rate payments.
  • A Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC)^{Disclosure 5} for long-term access to flexible funds
  • A LightStream unsecured loan, in addition to the 0.50% AutoPay discount. LightStream loans have low rates, no fees, and can be used for practically anything^{Disclosure 6, Disclosure 7}

• Loyalty Cash Bonus for eligible Truist cash rewards credit cards when cash back is deposited into an eligible Truist deposit account
