If you’re already enrolled in Zelle® at another bank, you can use Zelle® to send money from that account to your new Truist One Checking account. First, you’ll need to sign in to online banking and enroll with Zelle® at Truist too.

Disclosure 5 For your protection, Zelle® should only be used to send money to friends, family, and other people or businesses you trust. Payments made with Zelle® are like sending cash and may not be able to be recovered. Enrollment with Zelle® through Truist Online or Mobile banking is required. A U.S. checking or savings account is required to use Zelle®. Transactions between enrolled users typically occur in minutes. To send or receive money with a small business, both parties must be enrolled with Zelle® directly through their financial institution’s online or mobile banking experience. There is no fee to send money with Zelle® through your enrolled Truist business bank account. However, Zelle® payments deposited into your business account will be charged a 1.0% fee by Truist. The maximum fee is capped at $15 per received transaction. See Truist’s Business Deposit Accounts Fee Schedule for additional information. Disclosure 6 Direct deposits: A qualifying direct deposit is an electronic credit via ACH deposited to your account during the current statement cycle. Preauthorized transfers made from one account to another or deposits made via a branch, ATM, online transfer, mobile device, debit card/prepaid card number, or the mail are not eligible to meet this requirement.

Disclosure 7 The sum of all balances within the Truist personal deposit accounts (checking, savings, money market or CDs), IRAs or brokerage accounts introduced through Truist Investment Services, Inc. as reflected on the business day before your statement cycle end date. Truist HSA is excluded from Total Combined Ledger Balances. Ledger Balance is the actual balance in your account not reflecting any holds or pending transactions.

Disclosure 8 Linked Small Business Checking account: Eligible small business account types to be linked include Truist Dynamic Checking, Business Interest Checking, Simple Business Checking, and Business Value 200 Checking (no longer offered).

Disclosure 9 Waiver for clients aged 62 and older requires that they are listed as the primary owner. Waiver for a student requires that they are listed as the primary owner. The waiver is applied automatically at account opening and expires on their stated graduation date. On this date, the account is subject to all applicable fees, including the Monthly Maintenance Fee unless at least one waiver criterion is satisfied.

Disclosure 10 The length of time paperless statements are available to view and download varies depending on the product: up to 7 years for deposit and brokerage accounts; up to 2 years for credit cards; up to 24 months for home equity lines of credit, personal loans, and auto loans; and up to 18 months for mortgage and trust accounts.
