The Truist purpose is to inspire and build better lives and communities. One way we accomplish that goal is by lending and investing in projects that support and improve our communities. We provide the required CRA Public File online to make accessing and viewing information more convenient.
The information is current as of April 1 of each year and may be updated periodically. You can get details by selecting the links below.
Questions or comments about this information or regarding our CRA performance in helping to meet community credit needs may be addressed to:

The assessment areas delineated by Truist represent the communities we serve. A map of each assessment area can be viewed by expanding the list found under each state. The first link provides a listing of all census tracts within our assessment areas.
The following is a list of Truist loan and deposit product pages. You'll find information such as transaction fees and descriptions of material differences in the availability or cost of services, in different geographies, if any.
The Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) data about our residential mortgage lending is available online for review. The data shows the geographic distribution of loans and applications; ethnicity, race, sex, age and income of applicants and borrowers; and information about loan approvals and denials.
