Samuel Bryan

Serving Kentucky, Virginia, West Virginia, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas.

Mr. Bryan is a Senior Vice President with Truist Warehouse Lending. He has more than 26 years of experience in residential mortgage warehouse lending including relationship management and credit risk analysis. Mr. Bryan joined Truist in 2008 after holding mortgage warehouse lending positions with Countrywide, Residential Funding Corporation, Wells Fargo, and Prudential Home Mortgage. Prior to warehouse lending, Mr. Bryan held accounting and auditor positions with Clark Enterprises in Bethesda, Md., and a CPA position with Coopers & Lybrand in Washington, D.C.

Mr. Bryan holds an MBA from the University of Maryland and a bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting from the College of William & Mary in Virginia.

Stephen Kleindienst

Serving Delaware, Washington, D.C., Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin, Eastern Tennessee, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, and Michigan.

Mr. Kleindienst joined Truist Warehouse Lending as a Senior Vice President in 2008. His primary responsibilities include business development and client management, managing a portfolio in excess of $3 billion. Mr. Kleindienst has more than 33 years of experience providing financial solutions. His previous experience includes 11 years with GMAC-RFC Warehouse Lending where he managed a portfolio of approximately $2.7 billion.

Mr. Kleindienst graduated from Mount Saint Mary's College with a bachelor's degree in business and finance, and won the Truist Annual Performance Award in 2019 and 2020.

Chad Cain

Serving Alabama, Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, and Western Tennessee.

Mr. Cain is a Senior Vice President/Relationship Manager and has 20-plus years of experience with Truist Warehouse Lending.  Throughout his time with Truist, he has held both Portfolio Manager and Relationship Manager roles. He actively manages a number of clients, including smaller regional companies and larger national originators. Previously, Mr. Cain has led Truist’s community outreach program, the Lighthouse Project, for Mortgage Warehouse Lending. 

Mr. Cain has a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Florida.
