Banking with us Branch updates

We’re temporarily adjusting services available at our local branches.

Our branch service continues to evolve for the safety of our clients and teammates. As we begin to resume full service in more lobbies, in many branches our clients may no longer need appointments. However, if you want to receive service at a guaranteed time, please continue to schedule appointments. We do, however, continue to follow appropriate COVID-19 safety protocols, including proper social distancing and requiring all clients to wear masks while in the branch.

Some branches continue to offer only in-person visits by appointment, which can be scheduled online. Safe deposit access can be arranged by phone.

We’re providing teller services through drive-thru lanes, including Saturday hours—but they sometimes experience longer-than-usual wait times.

For transactions such as wire transfers, loan closings, and account openings, you can avoid the lines by scheduling an appointment.

Schedule an appointment

If you need to talk to a banker, you can book an appointment through our online scheduler.

Please note: Payment relief must be requested through our online portal or by phone. Payment relief for your credit card, personal loan, auto loan, mortgage, or home equity line of credit can’t be approved in our branches.

Stay home, save time—and skip the lines

Use our online and mobile banking options to conduct everyday transactions such as paying bills, transferring funds and depositing checks.

Staying safe in our branches

Client and teammate safety are our top priority. We appreciate your patience as we work to keep everyone healthy. Here’s how we’re making it happen:

  • Masks are required for both teammates and clients
  • Deep cleaning of the branches is conducted every day, plus extra cleaning with disinfecting cleanser throughout the day and after each appointment
  • The number of people allowed in the branch at one time is carefully controlled through appointments
  • In many areas of the branch, barriers have been installed for protection
  • Social distancing is being practiced
  • Teammates’ temperatures and other wellness checks are performed daily
