About me


Karla Kilroy is a loan officer with Truist Mortgage with 12 years of experience with Truist and its predecessor firm. She started as a teller, transitioned to helping clients with their account opening and personal lending needs, while always keeping the their best interest at heart, and then moved into her current mortgage role in March of 2017. As she continues to help clients meet their financial goals, Kilroy knows that there’s no “one size fits all” loan and that each of client is unique. Kilroy takes the time to listen to and learn about her clients, find the best financing option, and then make the loan application process transparent, easy to understand, and as efficient as possible. She’s completely open and honest with her clients about their financial capabilities and how they can maximize their borrowing position.
