Background

Anne Watson is a loan officer with Truist Mortgage, offering more than 26 years of mortgage industry experience helping clients achieve the dream of homeownership. From first-time to seasoned homebuyers, and from clients building their dream homes to looking to refinance existing loans, she has the in-depth understanding of the local real estate market and full range of mortgage programs to effectively and expertly close loans. Anne loves participating her community and is a four-time past president of the Triangle Mortgage Lenders Association and has served on its board for 26 years. She’s also very active in the Durham Regional Association of REALTORS®, where she has proudly served on the Community Service Committee for 26 years, and a member of both the Home Builders Association of Durham, Orange, and Chatham Counties, and the Orange/Chatham Association of REALTORS®. In her off time, Anne enjoys boating and being with her family, friends, and many pets.
