Line of credit payments are made monthly. A line of credit gives you a set limit you can borrow from again and again—as long as you keep paying back what you owe. Let’s say a client is approved for a $10,000 line of credit. That client uses $5,000 of their $10,000 limit, then repays the balance. They would be able to borrow up to the full $10,000 without needing to reapply, as long as it is within the draw period.
