In the Innovation and Journey Rooms, client experiences are mapped out, studied, and optimized. We innovate ways we serve clients and simplify the ways they interact with us—with each room being dedicated to different types of client needs. Then we move on to the Co-creation Room to share our learnings with real clients, giving them space to give us honest feedback.
