Paycheck Protection Program
With the Small Business Administration reopening their system for a second round of Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) funding, Truist can continue to provide critical financing for many eligible businesses. In anticipation of additional funding, we’ve had thousands of teammates continue to process applications.
Due to enormous interest in the PPP and the unprecedented volume of applications we’ve received, we’re no longer accepting new PPP applications. We’ll continue to closely monitor potential developments for the PPP and provide email updates to all who have applied for a loan or registered on our website. Given the extraordinary demand for PPP loans, not every qualified applicant will receive a loan under the PPP from Truist.
We're continuing to adjust services available at our local branches. If you need to talk to a banker, you can book an appointment through our online scheduler. Many of our branch lobbies remain temporarily closed. We're continuing to provide teller services through drive-thru lanes, including branches with Saturday hours. If you need to access a safe deposit box, please call the branch to schedule an in-person visit.
