Background

As a trusted, bilingual (Spanish/English) advisor with Truist Mortgage, my first priority is to deliver an exceptional home financing experience. My passion is “home” and it is at the center of all that I do. As a Truist Mortgage Community Mortgage Specialist, I serve with integrity to uphold the highest standards because everyone and every moment matters. Whether it is your first time buying a home or if you are an experienced homebuyer, I am committed to finding the best loan option and competitive rate to match your goals. 

Buying a home is a hopeful, exciting experience. That positive energy builds better lives and communities. It represents a milestone for your family. I provide my clients with the focus and attention this life event deserves. It is my job to make the loan application process as transparent, easy to understand, and efficient as possible for my client.

All those loan terms and acronyms can be confusing – like ratios, amortizations, PMI, APR and points. I make it a priority to explain these concepts with clear language that my clients can understand. I want my clients to feel confident and comfortable with their loan terms and the financial commitments they are making.
