Disclosure 2 Daily Ledger Balance: The actual balance in your account on a specific day, and does not reflect any holds or pending transactions.

Disclosure 3 Monthly Maintenance Fee (MMF): Waiver for an account holder under age 18 (minor) requires that the Minor is listed as the primary owner. The waiver is applied automatically at account opening and expires on the 18th birthdate of the minor. On the date when the minor turns the age of 18, the account is subject to all applicable fees, including the monthly maintenance fee unless at least one criterion is satisfied.

Disclosure 4 The Withdrawal Limit Fee of $5 will be assessed per withdrawal over six (6) with a maximum of six (6) Withdrawal Limit Fees per statement cycle. The Withdrawal Limit Fee applies, regardless of the balance, to all withdrawals and transfers made from a Truist personal savings and/or money market account including those made at a branch, ATM, by mail, or through any electronic means. Transactions initiated by the bank or for legal reason are not counted towards the six (6).

Disclosure 5 Truist does not charge overdraft related fees on this product. Overdraft related fees are considered overdraft fees, returned item fees, negative account balance fees, or overdraft protection transfer fees. Transactions that exceed the account balance will typically be declined or returned.

Disclosure 6 The Balance Buffer is only available with Truist One Checking and allows clients to overdraw their account up to $100. There is no decision required as this feature is automatically available when a client qualifies. 

To INITIALLY QUALIFY for the Balance Buffer, the requirements below must be met: 

  • Account must be opened for a minimum of 35 calendar days
  • Account must be funded and have a positive balance
  • A single direct deposit of at least $100 made within the last 35 calendar days

To REMAIN QUALIFIED for the Balance Buffer, the requirement below must be met: 

  • A single direct deposit of at least $100 made within the last 35 calendar days. After qualifying, if 35 calendar days pass without a Direct Deposit of at least $100, you will no longer have access to the Balance Buffer.

For accounts that qualify for the Balance Buffer, once the account is overdrawn by $100, additional transactions will typically be declined or returned.

For accounts that qualify for the Balance Buffer and also have Overdraft Protection, Truist will use the Balance Buffer first. If the account has neither, transactions that exceed the account balance will typically be declined or returned.

Disclosure 7 We determine and award your Loyalty Cash Bonus at the same time as your cash back redemption. For Truist One Checking account clients, we perform a calculation for each of the prior three (3) calendar months (“monthly review”); for each monthly review, this calculation determines the highest average monthly balance of your combined eligible consumer deposit and investment balances. We will use the highest average monthly balance amongst those three (3) monthly reviews to assign your Loyalty Cash Bonus percentage as follows:

Truist One Checking account clients:

  • 50% Loyalty Cash Bonus if combined eligible consumer balances are $100,000 or greater
  • 40% Loyalty Cash Bonus if combined eligible consumer balances are between $50,000 and $99,999.99
  • 30% Loyalty Cash Bonus if combined eligible consumer balances are between $25,000 and $49,999.99
  • 20% Loyalty Cash Bonus if combined eligible consumer balances are between $10,000 and $24,999.99
  • 10% Loyalty Cash Bonus if combined eligible consumer balances are less than $10,000
