Yes, we’ll use your credit report in making a decision on your loan application and payment history will be reported to credit bureaus.
No, you’ll need to sign your loan documents using e-signature along with an email address and a valid U.S. mobile phone number. You’ll receive an email with a link to the e-sign form and text message with a personal code to complete the e-sign. If we approve your loan during business hours Monday-Friday by 3 pm, you’ll get the email and text about two hours later.
If you received the approval after 3 pm, you’ll get the email next business day (be sure to check your spam/junk folder if you haven’t received the email after you’ve been approved).
After your application is approved, you will receive a link via e-mail to e-sign the loan documents. Our electronic signature and funding processes are available during business hours. Our business hours are 8 am to 5 pm ET, Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays. Applications approved during non-business hours or towards the end of a business day may not receive the e-mail until the next business day.
During business hours, it could take up to two hours (from the time application is approved) to receive the e-mail (check your spam folder if you haven’t received the e-mail). You will receive the funds the same day if you complete the e-sign step by 12 pm on a business day.
You can make payments by signing in to online or mobile banking, calling Truist Client Care, by visiting a branch, or mailing a check to the address on your statement. You can also set up an automatic payment.
