How it works

There’s no fee to enroll your commercial card program and start earning benefits for the organization and employee cardholders. Contact your Treasury Manager or Commercial Card Representative for more information.

Enroll

Organizations enroll their commercial card program with Dinova and inform Truist.

Promote

Organizations then promote the Dinova program to their employees.

Earn

Rebates start to accrue through Dinova on in-network dining spend.

Report

Points earned at in-network restaurants are redeemed for gift cards in the Dinova app.

Enroll

Cardholders enroll with Dinova once the organization completes registration.

Dine

Cardholders can then locate and dine at one of the 24,000+ in-network restaurants.

Earn

Employees use their Truist commercial card to purchase and earn Dinova points. Executive Cardholders earn 2X points!

Redeem

Points spent at in-network restaurants are redeemed for gift cards on the Dinova portal.

Once your organization is enrolled with Dinova, eligible commercial cardholders can register for myDinova Rewards to begin earning points at in-network restaurants.

Commercial card holders earn points for dining at in-network restaurants, with executive cardholders earning double points. Points are redeemable for gift cards to popular retailers, restaurants, and more.

Cardholders must register for myDinova Rewards to start earning points on all in-network dining transactions. Visit my.dinova.com to start the registration process and download the app.
