About me

Background

Jose has over 21 years of experience working in the Private Banking industry where he was employed at Lehman Brothers from 2003-2008, at Credit Suisse from 2008-2016 and at Morgan Stanley from 2016-2023. In 2023, Jose joined Truist Investment Services Wealth Management Team.
 
Jose received his MBA with Distinction, from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan in 2003. He also received his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Universidad Metropolitana in Caracas in 1994. 
 
Jose focuses on asset allocation and portfolio management as well as in private equity, private debt, private real estate, and hedge fund selection.
 
Jose also helps families and corporations with their lending and cash management needs, and he helps families overview their estate planning strategies. 
 
Jose is a Senior Portfolio Manager and holds Series 7 and 66 FINRA securities licenses.
