Background
Heather Winslow-Walker is a Director of Governance within Truist Wealth’s Center for Family Legacy. In this role, she focuses on helping families plan the vision for their wealth and take practical steps to enact that strategy. Heather has extensive experience facilitating family meetings while creating a safe environment to help families communicate and plan; educating family members on wealth literacy topics; and developing family members for future roles and responsibilities.
Heather has worked in the financial industry for the past twenty-five years in a variety of roles including education, leadership, and employee relations. Prior to joining Truist, Heather served as a Senior Family Legacy Strategist at Vanguard where she founded the family legacy program working with complex Ultra High Net Worth clients. Heather is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a B.S. in psychology. In addition, she earned an MBA and M.Ed. from Pennsylvania State University. As a lifelong learner, Heather is a professional life coach and a certified family legacy specialist with a concentration in the topic of aging. Heather is a sought-out speaker at organizations such as the Family Office Exchange.
Heather resides in Philadelphia with her husband and two sons and enjoys creative pursuits in her free time.
