Background

Byron is a Relationship Manager with Truist’s Corporate Trust & Escrow Services team. Since joining Truist in 2010, he has managed hundreds of escrow transactions across a broad range of industries, partnering with Fortune 500 companies and other sophisticated clients to support complex transactions from inception through successful completion.

Byron brings extensive experience serving in fiduciary and agency capacities, including trustee, custodian, escrow agent, and paying agent roles. His experience includes transaction structuring, agreement review and negotiation, client onboarding, and the administration of trust, custody, and escrow accounts of varying complexity. He strives to help identify and manage risk, coordinate diverse stakeholder groups, ensure regulatory compliance, and execute transactions efficiently and accurately. Known for his client-centric approach, Byron develops tailored solutions that help clients achieve their strategic and financial objectives while delivering a seamless transaction experience.
