About me

Background

Scott Waller is a Managing Director, having joined Truist as a Financial Advisor after a successful career in politics and the oil industry. He and his team believe in the golden rule and providing red-carpet service. Through his financial planning process, he, along with his clients develop a road map for investment and monitoring that allows the client's money to complement their life experiences and goals. He has offices in Danville and Alexandria, Virginia. Lori Edmonds serves clients in both locations.

Scott has a passion for community service, serving on the board of directors of the Danville Pittsylvania County Chamber of Commerce, the German Club of Danville, and the Old Belt Chapter of Ducks Unlimited. His previous board duties include the Institute for Advanced Learning and Research, Danville Golf Club, Danville Concert Association, Langhorne House, Danville Historical Society, Danville Museum of Fine Arts and History, and Pittsylvania County Red Cross. Additionally, he founded the first Business Network International chapter in Danville in 2000.
