As the Managing Director in the Strategic Client Group, Duncan Mosely specializes in advising on the financial planning needs of individuals, families, and closely held businesses. His experience includes both personal and business transition planning, whose objectives include providing practical alternatives with financial illustrations to determine the best route for business succession, while also promoting harmony within the family.

Duncan has over 20 years of experience in estate, financial, and business transition planning. He's spent the majority of his legal career at the Bowden Law Firm, a boutique firm specializing in estate planning for high-net-worth individuals. After practicing for more than a decade, he transitioned to financial planning for a private wealth management firm, where he served as an owner, advisor, and legal counsel.
