Mr. Kirby is married to Sandy and they have two daughters who have families of their own and live nearby. His interests include helping others understand the importance of saving and beginning at an early age, hiking, mountain biking, photography, music, and traveling with Sandy. He enjoys six grandchildren, attending baseball, basketball, football, soccer games, dance recitals, and playing at their pool. David and his son-in-law, Matt, who works with him in The Wilkerson-Hale Group of Truist Investment Services Inc., also enjoy cars.
