About me

Background

Chet is an Investment Advisor within the Truist Institutional Investment and Advisory Services team, where he delivers investment guidance, portfolio oversight, and strategic advice to nonprofit institutions, foundations, and endowments. He works closely with boards, investment committees, and executive leadership teams to develop disciplined investment programs aligned with long‑term mission and financial objectives.

Chet brings 20 years of investment experience, including 17 years focused on institutional and high‑net‑worth portfolio management. His background includes deep expertise in fixed income, multi‑asset portfolio design, risk management, and the oversight of complex investment programs.

Before joining Truist, Chet served in Duff & Phelps’ Portfolio Valuation group, where he specialized in valuing businesses and intangible assets for hedge funds, private equity firms, and business development companies. Earlier in his career, he served as a Portfolio Manager at JPMorgan, delivering investment management and customized advisory solutions to high‑net‑worth clients.

Chet resides in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife and three children. He is active in his community, serving on the Board of Directors for Georgia Health Initiative and the Junior League of Atlanta, and he currently serves as the President of his son’s football program.

He holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Business Analytics from Indiana University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Penn State University.
