Prior to joining The Scott Group, she was head of the Financial Planning department of BB&T Scott & Stringfellow (now Truist) for eight years. She has conducted numerous seminars on Social Security and Medicare.

Brenda grew up in Dallas, Texas, and now resides in Midlothian, VA where she and her husband, Todd, raised their two sons, Kevin and Kyle. She is an avid college football fan and enjoys running daily and playing tennis.
