If in business with same ownership for five (5) years and greater:

  • Completed Truist Dealer Application (with Federal Tax ID Number)
  • Copy of Current Dealer License
  • Completed W-9 – Attached
  • Copy of 1125E with SSN & Income blacked out, or K1 with SSN & Income blacked out, or Operating Agreement if LLC
  • Voided Check for ACH payment
  • Multi-Location Dealer form (if needed) – if more than ten (10) locations please contact your Dealer Relationship Manager (DRM)

If in business less than five (5) years OR new ownership less than five (5) years:

  • All of the above
  • Copy prior 2 years (FYE) Financial Statements for Dealership with Balance and Income
  • Personal Financial Statement of all Owners/Member-Managers/Partners

If in business less than one (1) year OR new ownership less than one (1) year:

  • All of the above
  • Two years personal returns of all Owners/Member-Managers/Partners
  • History of MRV industry experience of Owners, F&I, General Manager, & Sales Manager
  • Floor plan source and committed amount
  • Current Bank lending sources
  • Guaranty of the owners (included in Agreement package if approved)
