    Disclosure 1 Unsecured loan amount, not to exceed two (2) months gross revenue or one (1) month gross revenue for non-profits. Unsecured loan amount for start-up businesses, with less than two years in existence, is up to $25,000, not to exceed (1) month gross revenue. For unsecured small business loan requests over $50,000, we’ll need to verify your business assets.

    Disclosure 2 Eligible requests for no financial statements or liquidity verification subject to credit history review and bank underwriting standards. Start-ups, businesses in existence less than 2-years, and non-profits require financial statement review prior to approval.

    Disclosure 3 For example, a $30,000 loan for 60 months at 12.38% will result in monthly payments of $673.11. Rates are subject to credit approval.

    Disclosure 4 No origination fee, but other fees and closing costs may apply.

    Disclosure 5 We recommend that you carefully review and consider whether consolidating your debt is beneficial for your business. There may be benefits of consolidating your debt; however, lower interest rates, one single loan payment, and longer loan terms may result in paying more interest over the life of the loan and may not reduce or pay off your debt any sooner. You should evaluate your specific credit needs and circumstances to determine the benefits of consolidating your debt at this time. Also, you’re encouraged to consult with competent financial, accounting, tax, or legal professionals in making these decisions.

    Disclosure 6 Unsecured loan requests over $50,000 are subject to the standard origination fee, which is the greater of 0.50% of the loan amount or $100, payable at loan closing. Origination fees are not charged in all states.
