About me

Background

I am grateful to have a rewarding career dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve their wealth and financial planning goals. As a Senior Trust Advisor, I specialize in developing comprehensive fiduciary strategies that ensure assets are transferred according to grantors’ wishes in the most tax-efficient manner. My role involves guiding clients through complex trust and estate planning considerations with clarity and precision, while ensuring every plan reflects both immediate needs and long-term legacy objectives.

With extensive experience in trust administration, estate settlement, and multigenerational wealth planning, I work collaboratively with internal teams and external professionals to deliver integrated solutions. This holistic approach addresses every facet of a client’s financial life, from wealth transfer and risk management to charitable giving strategies. My background in philanthropic planning further enables me to incorporate charitable structures that perpetually fund initiatives aligned with clients’ values, creating meaningful impact for generations to come.

I hold an MBA in Finance and Marketing and a BBA in Trust and Wealth Management, along with the Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) designation.
These credentials, combined with years of hands-on experience, allow me to provide solutions that protect, grow, and transfer wealth across generations while maintaining the highest standards of fiduciary excellence and compliance.

Personal Interests

I value spending quality time with my family, my wife, Anna, and our two children, Luke and Kimberly. Much of that time is spent outdoors. One of our favorite activities is golfing. Time on the course allows us to enjoy the game and create lasting memories.

Outside of family life, I am passionate about cycling. I compete in road, gravel, and mountain biking events and regularly participate in charity rides that support meaningful causes. Gravel rides through North Carolina’s mountains are a personal favorite, offering both challenge and the opportunity to experience the state’s untouched beauty.

Our home is lively and full of personality thanks to our pets—a spirited dachshund named Hank, a curious bearded dragon named Izzy, and three fainting goats that keep things interesting.

These elements of family, outdoor adventure, and a vibrant home life define who I am and what I value most.
