Trey follows economics, financial planning, and the market through membership in associations such as the Financial Planning Association, Kinder Institute of Life, and Investments and Wealth Institute (formerly IMCA). He also writes and speaks publicly. He has had articles published by CNBC.com, amongst othe's. In addition, Trey has published two books as part of his Wealth and Family Book Series; Money Does Grow on Trees: The Family Tree and The Tips, Tricks, and and Advice They Didn't Teach You in College. His speaking engagements have included Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management, the National Business Institute, and many other's.
Trey and his wife, Dianne, enjoy live events in different forms, including locally being season ticket holders for the Nashville Predators, Nashville Soccer Club, and Tennessee Performing Arts Center. But they are most proud of their daughters, Katelyn and Larissa, whom both graduated from Harpeth Hall and now attend the University of Missouri and Savannah College of Art and Design.
