Susan Cassidy is a Client Manager and Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor professional (CMFC) within the Foundations and Endowments Specialty Practice, offering more than 29 years of experience within the financial services industry and more than 15 years working with nonprofit organizations. As a Client Manager, she is responsible for the practice’s client service delivery, acting as a key strategic advisor to new and existing nonprofit relationships and providing clients with nonprofit insight and experience.
The Foundations and Endowments Specialty Practice delivers comprehensive investment advisory, administration, planned giving, custody, trust and fiduciary services to nonprofit organizations. The firm administers assets for foundations, supporting organizations, hospitals, educational institutions, cultural organizations, human service agencies, associations, municipalities and other nonprofits.
Susan has her Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor (CMFC) designation. Previously, she received her Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist designation (CRPS) and passed the Series 65 Uniform Investment Adviser Law Examination. Additionally, she served as a retirement plan consultant in the financial services industry.
Personal Interests
Susan volunteers her time with community service organizations and presently serves as a volunteer on a scholarship committee at the Community Foundation for Northern Virginia and has served on other committees at the Community Foundation for Northern Virginia.
