Perry Sutton is a Director and Financial Advisor at Truist Investment Services, bringing nearly two decades of experience in financial planning, investment management, and risk management to individuals, families, and companies whose financial lives have grown increasingly complex. 

He helps clients approach consequential decisions with clarity and perspective. These may involve retirement, an inheritance, changing family circumstances, the sale of a business, charitable intentions, or the transfer of wealth and responsibility to future generations. 

Perry believes the most important conversations rarely begin with a portfolio. They begin with understanding the family before the balance sheet, the purpose before the strategy, and the vision before the recommendation. His approach is grounded in thoughtful questions, disciplined planning, and a clear understanding of the people and priorities the wealth is intended to serve.

Because significant financial decisions rarely exist in isolation, Perry helps clients consider the connections among investment strategy, liquidity, lending, risk management, retirement planning, estate planning, philanthropy, and family priorities. Supported by specialists across investment management, estate and trust planning, and credit, he helps bring greater coordination to each client's financial life.

He also advises organizations sponsoring retirement plans, providing relationship management, investment selection and monitoring support, participant education, and guidance related to plan governance risk management.
