Katherine "Kate" Doherty is a Financial Consultant with Truist Investment Services, Inc. Kate joined SunTrust, now Truist, in 2018 and has over 14 years of experience in investment management. Prior to joining Truist, she worked in the Wealth Management division of Wells Fargo as a Portfolio Management Specialist and as an Equity Research Analyst on the Large Cap Value Team. Subsequent to that she was an Analyst in the Investment Research and Due Diligence group. Kate holds the professional designation of Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) and is a member of the CFA® Institute and CFA® North Carolina Society. 

Kate works with individuals and families to construct diversified, multi-asset class portfolios that align with each client’s unique goals and preferences. She spends time with you to learn about and plan for both short and long-term goals with the understanding that people and the markets are dynamic. Above all, Kate believes the most important aspects of any relationship are trust and communication which is the basis on which she strives to build client relationships.
