Background

Jillian joined Truist through BB&T’s Leadership Development Program in 2017. After initially advising clients in Wilmington, NC, Jillian relocated to Winston Salem in May of 2022. Jillian prides herself on proactive and transparent advice to high net worth families and business owners. Jillian and her team of specialists work with clients in the areas of banking, strategic credit, risk management, financial and estate planning. She works tirelessly to ensure families address their goals through the accumulation and retirement phases of life, while also ensuring they are incorporating generational wealth transfer planning to effectively pass wealth to their heirs and other organizations they wish to consider in their plans.

Personal Interests

Originally from Buffalo, NY, Jillian relocated to NC, where she attended Campbell University as a scholarship member and four-year starter on the woman’s lacrosse team. She is an active member in the Winston Salem community and has enjoyed getting more plugged in since moving there in 2022. She is a 2023 graduate of Leadership Winston Salem. She also is a current board member of The Bethesda Center which is a homeless shelter that focuses on finding people more permanent housing. Lastly, she enjoys volunteering in many places around town that are in need of additional help. She is married to Rocky Spinelli and have two rescue dogs Maisy and Judge. They enjoy cooking, concerts and travelling. Jillian is an avid NFL, NHL and MLB fan.
