Deborah Spitale is a Business Development Officer in corporate trust, with over 20 years of banking industry experience building relationships with law firms, municipalities, acquisitive clients, private equity firms, venture capital firms, and others within the M&A and business community.

With the myriad of sensitive issues involved in M&A transactions, particularly with private targets, her skill set helps clients solve complex issues.
