Charles is a native of Louisiana and spent his youth in Mississippi. An active community volunteer, Charles is involved in Mobile Loaves & Fishes and Junior Achievement. Charles is a member of The Lakeway Church. He lives in The Hills and has been married to his wife, Anne, since 1988. They have four adult children including a set of twins. In his spare time, Charles enjoys fitness, running, hiking and even some yoga classes that Anne teaches.
