Background
Caroline Thomas is a Wealth Business Advisor based in Charlotte, supporting clients across Tennessee and Alabama. She works closely with individuals, families, and business owners to help them navigate financial transition points, make informed decisions, and connect their personal wealth goals with the right long‑term strategies and resources.
Caroline advises clients through a holistic, forward‑looking approach, helping them think through key life events such as business growth or liquidity, career changes, generational planning, and concentrated wealth decisions. She partners with Commercial Bankers and Wealth Advisors to ensure clients are introduced to Wealth planning early and thoughtfully, rather than reactively, so that opportunities are captured at the right time.
Caroline began her career with Truist through its Leadership Development Program, where she gained broad exposure to financial services and enterprise strategy before transitioning into the wealth management space. She has since continued to build her experience supporting advisory teams and contributing to strategic initiatives designed to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. Earlier in her career, Caroline also gained experience in business transformation and strategy, further strengthening her analytical and problem‑solving skill set.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina, where she was actively involved in campus leadership organizations and service initiatives. Caroline is currently enrolled in the University of Georgia’s Certified Financial Planning program, where she is pursuing additional education in the Wealth Management space.
