About me

Background

Aliecia Bores is a Trust Advisor with Truist Wealth. Aliecia collaborates with Truist Wealth Advisors, investment managers, and financial planners to provide guidance to high-net-worth families on estate planning matters in conjunction with the financial planning process. Aliecia graduated magna cum laude from Ohio University and earned her Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law. After earning her law degree, Aliecia clerked for Judge Doyet A. Early, III in the Second Judicial Circuit. Upon completing her clerkship, Aliecia began work at the Finkel Law Firm practicing in estate planning and trust administration. Aliecia joined BB&T as a Personal Trust Specialist in 2019 prior to her current role with Truist Wealth.

Personal Interests

Aliecia grew up in Ohio but made her way to Charleston, South Carolina in 2011 after falling in love with the city during a weekend visit.  When Aliecia isn’t helping our high-net-worth families on estate planning matters she spends her time surfing at Folly on the weekends, attending a local pottery class, and enjoying a sunset bike ride with friends any chance she gets.  She also enjoys yoga, long walks on the beach with her dog, Reese, and travels out of the country as much as possible.
