Vince is a board member on the coordinating committee of the REACH Program at Western Piedmont Council of Governments that provides one-on-one guidance to graduates of the Regional Housing Authority’s Family Self-Sufficiency Program. He’s also a Hickory Foundation YMCA Volunteer of the Year, member of the YMCA chairman’s roundtable, and St. Luke’s BSA Troop 250, and has held previous advisory roles with the American Red Cross and the Hickory Foundation YMCA.
