About me

Background

Andrew Knust is a Financial Advisor with Truist Investment Services, Inc., focused on high net-worth individuals in the Tampa Bay area. He has over 25 years of investment management experience, specializing in comprehensive asset management solutions for high-net-worth business owners, families and individuals, typically with $5-25 million of investable assets. He incorporates alternative investments, equity derivatives, portfolio hedging, and fixed income strategies into my clients’ portfolios to help them perform differently than traditional retail asset allocations.

Andrew started at Truist in 2006 as a high-net-worth advisor, focusing on complex trust and estate planning, investment management, asset protection, and loan portfolios. 

Before joining Truist, Andrew was a financial advisor with Merrill Lynch in Tampa, and also worked for PG&E Energy Trading, Sempra Energy Trading, and AIG Trading Corp specializing in trading energy futures, options, and swaps.
