Disclosure 5 For your protection, Zelle® should only be used to send money to friends, family, and other people or businesses you trust.  Payments made with Zelle® are like sending cash and may not be able to be recovered. Enrollment with Zelle® through Truist Online or Mobile banking is required. Both parties must have an eligible U.S. checking or savings account to use Zelle®. Transactions between enrolled users typically occur in minutes. There is no fee to send money with Zelle® through your enrolled Truist business bank account. However, Zelle® payments deposited into your business account will be charged a 1.0% fee by Truist. The maximum fee is capped at $15 per received transaction. Disclosure 6 Balance for Dynamic Checking rewards is calculated as the highest three-month average balance in combined Truist business checking, savings, money market accounts, and CDs.

Disclosure 7 A loan applicant may be eligible for an interest rate discount of 0.25% or 0.50% on Small Business loans and Small Business lines of credit. The interest rate discount is based on the Dynamic Business Checking – Deposit Balance Tier Benefits in effect on the loan application date. If you are in the Core Rewards Tier Benefit on the loan application date, you are not eligible for an interest rate discount. Loan applicants in the Plus Rewards Tier, on the loan application date, are eligible for a 0.25% interest rate discount and loan applicants in the Preferred Rewards Tier, on the loan application date, are eligible for a 0.50% interest rate discount. Small Business loan applicants and co-applicants are not allowed to combine interest rate discounts. One Dynamic Business Checking interest rate discount is permitted per loan. The interest rate discount shall be applied to the interest rate disclosed to loan applicant at the time of loan approval. The interest rate discount is nontransferable and is only available for loans and lines of credit originating through Consumer and Small Business Branch, Small Business Direct, and Small Business Digital channels. Small Business Lending interest rates discounts are not available to business or commercial credit cards, commercial loans, or corporate loans. Any additional promotional offers and terms will be disclosed to the loan applicant at the time of such offering.
