Welcome to the Truist Outside Counsel Loan Documentation Site
This is a restricted website
This website is provided as a resource to Truist approved attorneys. By using this website, you may access some of the most commonly used Truist loan documents in standard Microsoft Word format. The website also contains general instructions for the completion of each form.
Contact the appropriate Truist loan officer if you need transaction specific information to prepare a form or if you need access to additional Truist forms.
These forms are provided as a convenience for your use in preparing custom documentation and may be used in conjunction with additional documentation prepared by you for a transaction in which you are representing Truist. All forms are unprotected and may be edited by you to reflect the terms of a specific transaction.
Any documentation prepared by you using these forms will be considered custom attorney prepared documentation. You are solely responsible for the form and content of the documents, their application to a particular transaction, and determining whether a form or forms are sufficiently protective of Truist’s interests in a specific transaction.
Do not retain forms for use with non-Truist transactions or with future Truist transactions. Forms on this website will be updated periodically to include the current version of each form. The website password will also be updated periodically for security purposes.
These forms may be accessed only by Truist approved counsel. Do not share this website address or password with other outside counsel or other third parties, including Truist personnel.
Your use of this website and the forms provided confirms your acknowledgement and agreement to abide by the terms contained herein, the specific terms of any engagement letter or communication sent to you in connection with a specific transaction, and the Truist Limited Due Diligence Assessment for Approved Attorneys, to the extent applicable to the subject loan transaction, and to ensure that all attorneys, paralegals and other employees of your firm so comply.
Unprotected documents should never be provided to Truist representatives directly. If you will be emailing documentation to a Bank representative, convert the file to a PDF file before emailing the form.
