About me

Background

Don Crabtree is a producing branch manager with over 20 years of industry experience, including a background as a processor and an underwriter, specializing in serving the mortgage financing needs of licensed medical physicians, dentists, podiatrists, medical residents, interns, and fellows. He’s exceptionally knowledgeable about all mortgage loan products and takes the time to listen to his clients, answer their questions, and then help them choose the best option for their financing needs. Crabtree was a multiple-time recipient of the President's Club production and service award while with SunTrust, the predecessor firm of Truist Mortgage. As a result of this recognition, much of his business comes from repeat clients and referrals, including physicians and physician recruiters, financial professionals, REALTORS®, and more.

This product is available to licensed residents, interns, and fellows in MD, DO, and DPM programs and licensed physicians and dentists (MD, DO, DPM, DDS, DMD) who have completed their training within the last 15 years.
