Disclosure 1 Interest rates and annual percentage yields (APYs) are accurate as of 3/3/2026 and are subject to change without notice at any time, including after the account is opened. This 4.00% APY variable rate offer is for eligible accounts with balances from $0.01 - $5,000,000. If the Money Market Account balance is greater than $5,000,000, the special promotional rate will revert to the standard interest rate. Your new Money Market Account could initially earn a rate lower than 4.00% APY. However, within 10 calendar days of account opening, your eligible account will automatically upgrade to the 4.00% APY rate. At the Bank’s discretion, the variable interest rate and APY may change to our standard interest rate and APY at any time. The standard interest rate and APY are both 0.01%. Maintenance and service fees apply. Money market accounts closed before the end of the interest-payment period forfeit all interest earned that period. To avoid this loss of interest, you must keep a balance in the account until interest is paid. Fees may reduce earnings.

Disclosure 2 To qualify for this offer, clients must open a new Truist One Money Market Account in Texas at a Truist branch, or for online or phone account opening, primary applicant’s physical address must be in Texas. Clients with any existing Truist money market account (MMA) or who closed an MMA within 30 days of the new MMA account opening are not eligible. Accounts opened by Wealth clients are not eligible for the special promotional rate and will revert to the standard rate after account opening.

Disclosure 4 A $5 fee is assessed, regardless of balance, for each withdrawal over six (6) with a maximum of six (6) Withdrawal Limit Fees per statement cycle. The Withdrawal Limit Fee applies, regardless of the balance, to all withdrawals and transfers made from a Truist personal money market account including those made at a branch, ATM, by mail or through any electronic means. The only transactions not counted toward the monthly limit of six (6) are bank-initiated transactions and transactions required for legal reasons.

Disclosure 5 Waive the $12 monthly maintenance fee by maintaining a minimum daily ledger balance of $15,000 or more. Daily ledger is the actual balance in your account on a specific day, and does not reflect any holds or pending transactions.
