Disclosure 1 To qualify for this offer, clients must open a new Truist Business Money Market account in Texas at a Truist branch, or for phone or online account opening, the business’s physical address must be located in Texas. Clients with an existing Truist business money market account or an existing Truist Simple Business Savings account or clients who have closed a Truist business money market account or Truist Simple Business Savings account within 30 days of the new Truist Business Money Market account opening are not eligible. This special promotional rate is limited to small business clients only. Accounts opened by Institutional, Commercial, Corporate and Wealth clients are not eligible for the special promotional rate and will revert to the standard rate after account opening.

Disclosure 2 Interest rates and annual percentage yields (APYs) are accurate as of August 12, 2025, and are subject to change without notice at any time, including after the account is opened. The 4.50% APY variable rate offer is for eligible accounts with balances from $0.01 - $4,999,999.99. If the Money Market Account balance is greater than $4,999,999.99, the special promotional rate will revert to the standard interest rate. Your new Money Market Account could initially earn a rate lower than 4.50% APY. However, within 10 calendar days of account opening, your eligible account will automatically upgrade to the 4.50% APY rate. At the bank’s discretion, the variable interest rate and APY may change to the standard interest rate and APY at any time. The standard interest rate and APY are both 0.01%. Fees may reduce earnings.

Disclosure 3 A minimum opening deposit of $100 is required for a Truist Business Money Market account. The monthly maintenance fee is waived for the Truist Business Money Market account each month in which a $5,000 minimum daily ledger balance is maintained. Please see the Truist Business Deposit Account Fee Schedule for further details. To the extent required by law, Truist will report any interest paid to the Internal Revenue Service. For additional fee and/or product information, please consult the fee schedule. Interest is calculated and compounded daily on the collected balance in your account and credited to your account monthly. Fees may reduce earnings.

Disclosure 4 There is a $5 withdrawal limit fee per withdrawal over six (6), with a maximum of six (6) withdrawal limit fees per statement cycle. The withdrawal limit fee applies, regardless of the balance, to all withdrawals and transfers made from a Truist Simple Business Savings or Truist Business Money Market including those made at a branch, ATM, by mail or through any electronic means.
