Disclosure 1 This offer is nontransferable. The recipient of this special offer must be the Primary Applicant and/or Primary Account owner and the client must open a new Truist Business Money Market account.

Disclosure 2 The Truist Business Money Market account interest tiers are based on the following ledger balance tiers: Tier 1 - $0.01 to $999.99; Tier 2 - $1,000 to $9,999.99; Tier 3 - $10,000 to $49,999.99; Tier 4 - $50,000 to $99,999.99; Tier 5 - $100,000 to $249,999.99; Tier 6 - $250,000 or greater. For new accounts, the promotional Interest Rate is 4.88% and the Annual Percentage Yield (APY) is 5.00% for Tiers 1–6. The standard interest rate and APY are both 0.01% for Tiers 1–6. At the bank’s discretion, the promotional rate may change to the standard interest rate and APY at any time. The interest rates and APYs are accurate as of August 1, 2024, and are subject to change without notice at any time, including after the account is opened. The new Truist Business Money Market Account may initially earn a rate lower than 5.00% APY. However, within 10 calendar days of account opening, the eligible account will automatically adjust to the 5.00% APY rate. Fees may reduce earnings.

Disclosure 3 A minimum opening deposit of $100 is required for a Truist Business Money Market account. The monthly maintenance fee is waived for the Truist Business Money Market account each month in which a $5,000 minimum daily ledger balance is maintained. Please see the Truist Business Deposit Account Fee Schedule for further details. To the extent required by law, Truist will report any interest paid to the Internal Revenue Service. For additional fee and/or product information, please consult the fee schedule. Interest is calculated and compounded daily on the collected balance in your account and credited to your account monthly. Fees may reduce earnings. There is a $15 withdrawal limit fee per withdrawal over six (6), with a maximum of six (6) withdrawal limit fees per statement cycle. The withdrawal limit fee applies, regardless of the balance, to all withdrawals and transfers made from a Truist Simple Business Savings or Truist Business Money Market including those made at a branch, ATM, by mail or through any electronic means.

Disclosure 4 Balance for Dynamic Checking rewards is calculated as the highest three-month average balance in combined Truist business checking, savings, money market accounts, and CDs.

Disclosure 5 Combined deposited items refer to but are not limited to per check transaction deposited at locations that may include but are not limited to: branch, ATM, mobile, lockbox, vault or through the mail.
