We operate a model we call D3. This stands for Discovery, Develop, and Deploy.

Discovery – No two client situations are the same. Our process requires us to slow down and to listen. We need to understand the big picture and small details that surround this picture. This is a process that takes time and patience. Once we understand the full story and, more importantly, the goals surrounding the picture we can begin the Develop process.

Develop – Due to the fact that no two situations are the same, we want to develop a solution and strategy that specifically meet the goals and needs of our clients. By understanding everything we can through the Discovery process, we can create customized advice to fit the needs of our clients and their families. 

Deploy – Once we have developed the customized advice for our clients we can then deploy that advice. A lot of times this is advice that we can implement on behalf of our clients; however, there are times we must use the expertise of outside professional. In either case, we create timelines and expectations with our clients to make sure that progress is being made and the ultimate implementation of the advice is done in a timely manner. 

With this D3 approach, we are able to create a customized client experience every step of the way. This approach puts the client at the center of everything.  This process also integrates, what we call, the household advisory board. The "household advisory board" is made up of all professionals and key people that are engaged in the delivery of advice to a family. Think real estate professionals, CPAs, and attorneys. By including and working with this advisory board, it allows deeper integration of advice and continuity of care for a family.
