Dianne P. Manges, CFA®

Dianne Manges is a CFA Charterholder and has been a Senior Investment Manager with Truist Institutional Wealth - Foundations and Endowments for over 10 years. Her role is to develop and implement investment strategies to help nonprofit clients meet their short and long-term goals. In accomplishing that role, she follows a disciplined, team-centered process of assessing an organization's financial situation, determines risk tolerance, and forms and executes an appropriate investment strategy to obtain measurable results to help her clients maximize their mission.

In her 30-plus-year career, Dianne has held senior positions including Director of Fixed Income and Senior Portfolio Manager and has sat on intra-firm investment committees. She has also authored regular economic and market commentaries for clients and teammates.

Dianne holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA^®) designation and earned a bachelor's degree in economics from Immaculata University where she graduated summa cum laude and was awarded the top medal in the Economics program.

Dianne is a member of the Board of Trustees for Immaculata University, where she recently served on the Board of Alumni and Business Advisory Board. She serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Gemma Services Foundation, on the board of directors for Ben Franklin Technology Partners NEPA, and on the Finance Committee for the Allentown Parknership.  She's on the planning Committees for the Lehigh Valley Philanthropy Institute, The Arc's One Step Forward Celebration, GSEP Take The Lead Lehigh Valley, and serves as a mentor with "Inve$t in Her Future." She's an active member and a past Board of Governor of the CFA Society of Philadelphia where she serves on the Endowments & Foundations Conference Committee. She's past president and current Board of Governor of The Bond Club of Philadelphia.
