Background
Brian is a Wealth Advisor at Truist with over 20 years of financial service experience. He is and has been a member of several Truist advisor committees. He is the recipient of the 2021 Truist Performance Award*, which recognizes the top 1% of advisors.
Before joining Truist, Brian was employed with AXA-Equitable. He started as a consulting attorney in the Advanced Markets team. He concentrated on the areas of estate, business and charitable planning. He held several leadership positions. Brian attended the Group Management Program (GMP) in Paris, France. The GMP is a program designed by Wharton School of Business, the Center for Creative Leadership and AXA-Equitable to identify top performers for future leadership positions. Prior to joining AXA-Equitable Brian was an advisor at Morgan Stanley.
Brian is in partnership with two advisors, Kelly Cannon and Erik Bryant, which has been purposefully built with diversity and a combined industry experience of over 50 years. Personal Interests
Brian received his B.A. from Saint Cloud State University (SCSU), with Honors in History. He also studied for an academic year in England while attending SCSU. He earned his law degree (J.D.) from The William Mitchell College of Law (William Mitchell).
Brian is married to his wife, Sue, and has two daughters, Emma and Megan. Brian has served within the community holding previous board seats with the Carl Sanders YMCA and is a supporter of the Boys and Girls Vlub, Boy Scouts of America and the Family Support Council.
